This blog holds my thoughts about the raw world of IT Security scattered amongst the steamed, grainy backdrop that is Information Technology; yes, much like the Sushi.

About Chopstick:

Chopstick, obviously not his real name, is a security enthusiast and researcher of all things that hold some degree of awesomeness.  He presently works as a Director of IT Security for a consulting company in the Asia Pacific region.  Chopstick would like to be like all the other information security rock-stars or porn-stars, as the case may be.

Presently, Chopstick’s interests lie in BlackBerry & Mobile Security, Web Application Security, Digital Forensics and Reverse Engineering.  His non-security related likes are strangely focused on the architecture and design of Web Applications.  He offers help whenever he can by updating OSVDB and generally helping out in forums that he comes across.

When not engaged in technology-tomfoolery, he spends his time with his wife of 12 years, daughter of 5 years and two dogs [RIP Buster, I love you.  29th Nov. 2009] one dog of 12 years.  He loves eating and as his years have advanced, so has his waist-line.  Midnight snacking is his latest vice and he receives a lot of flack from his wife about it.

Chopstick is friendly.  Write to him.  Really, he’s lonely.
